Most of these machines have more years ahead of them than behind.

Chinese hospitals are replacing equipment years before the end of its life, and the national equipment-renewal programme launched in 2024 has sped that up. The machines still work. They're just no longer the newest on the floor.

We buy them with their maintenance logs, prove how much life is left in them, and price them for what they are: working equipment with a known history.

    Sourced with its history

    We buy from hospitals during upgrade projects, together with the device's maintenance log and service records. If a hospital can't show us the log, we don't buy the machine.

    Inspected on 62 points

    Electrical safety to IEC 62353, phantom image tests for imaging and ultrasound, transducer element checks, and every button, port and wheel. A named engineer signs the report.

    Restored, not just cleaned

    Deep-cleaned and disinfected, with worn parts such as batteries, cables, casters and seals replaced by OEM or certified-equivalent parts. Software is reset to factory state with licences kept.

    Documented for your regulator

    At least 24 photographs of the actual unit, its serial number plate, a video walk-around, and the export documents your destination country asks for.

    Crated and shipped weekly

    Heat-treated export crates with shock and tilt indicators, insured at full value. Consolidated containers leave Shanghai, Shenzhen and Tianjin every week.

    Installed, trained, supported

    Remote or on-site commissioning, operator training in your language, and a 12-month warranty with an engineer you can reach on WhatsApp.

The grade is printed on the tag, the invoice and the inspection report, so you can hold us to it in writing.

Consolidated containers leave Shanghai, Shenzhen and Tianjin every week. We quote FOB, CIF or delivered to your hospital, and handle crating, insurance and export documents.

Typical port-to-port sea transit. Customs clearance, inland delivery and installation usually add one to three weeks. Air freight is available for units under 150 kg.

What you can hold us to

    Parts and remote labour on Grade A and B, six months on Grade C.

  • Spare parts for five years

    We keep parts stock for every model we sell, and ship it by air.

    On WhatsApp in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Chinese, 08:00–22:00 China time.

    If a unit differs from its report, we pay for return freight and refund in full.

Questions buyers ask first

Can my country import used medical equipment?

Most can, with conditions. Some countries limit the age of used devices, or require approval from the health regulator before shipping.

Before you pay anything, we check your destination's current rules and confirm in writing which documents we will provide.

How do I know the unit is what you say it is?

Book a live video call and we'll power the exact unit on in front of you, serial plate included. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is welcome at your cost, or at ours if the unit fails it.

How do payments work?

Payment terms and milestones are agreed in your formal quotation. Review the device dossier and arrange a live video inspection before confirming your requirements.

Who installs it?

Smaller devices are commissioned remotely with your biomedical team over video. For imaging systems we send an engineer, or work with a certified local partner in 31 countries.

Why is there no fixed price?

Each pre-owned unit has a different condition, usage history and configuration. We assess the exact unit and your delivery requirements before sharing a tailored quotation privately.
